It was such a pleasure to discuss my book on the #cancerbookclub replay available here – thanks so much to hosts, Robin McGee, Pat Wetzel and Stephanie Zimmerman and all the participants in the discussion.
Puressential invited me to an interesting presentation (plus nice lunch) recently. Let’s be clear, there are times when modern medicine is the best treatment, and I worry when people, who don’t understand this, discourage others from seeing their doctor and from using medicines. Modern medicines have been researched in thousands of people, treated for up to several years – meaning that how well they work and how safe they are is well understood. However there are definitely times when plant-based products can be therapeutic too, and so I was interested to learn about the Puressential products.
Some essential oils seem to have antiseptic properties, and some can even repel head lice. And of course, they all smell lovely. You can read more in my article in Frost Magazine
We had a great chat yesterday with lovely Twitterers on the books they'd recommend to people affected by cancer, and here's what they said ? pic.twitter.com/QFo4XeckfZ

How kind of Frost magazine to write about my success in the Janey Loves Platinum Awards.
What an exciting day. I attended the prestigious Janey Loves Platinum Awards in London today. It was an excellent event and amazing people from many different health and well-being companies. I was stunned and thrilled when my book won the Platinum Award. So very proud. Pictured collecting my award with Radio 2’s Janey Lee Grace and Pop Idol’s Carrie Grant

That way everyone going through breast cancer either directly or indirectly, can benefit from this essential guide. Buy it now
